At the south end of Cle Elum Lake near Mill Creek is the neighborhood of Pine Loch Sun. Just north of Ronald, Pine Loch Sun is close to communities but preserves its wide-open rural esthetic. To this end, homes here often employ logs in their architecture, with large windows to take in the expansive lake and mountain views. With private access to the Pine Loch Beach Club and outstanding year-round recreation both on the water and up the mountains, this enclave enjoys all that nature provides in the Cascades. But with only snowmobile or track vehicle access during the winter, it’s as though residents here have the place all to themselves. Pine Loch Sun is the hidden gem of the Central Cascades.
